Reporting Updates

New Report: Envelope Numbers

A new report has been added to the People Query Builder which makes it easy to generate a list of envelope numbers for printing. Simply add query filters to return the people you want include and then choose "Generate Report" under the "Actions" menu.

Finally, choose "Envelope Numbers" for the Report field, choose your parameters, and then click "Generate" to download the list.

The report will automatically combine people together under the same envelope number if they:

  1. Have the same envelope number assigned.
  2. Are in the same family.
  3. Have the same address (either directly or indirectly from the head of household).

This way, you can print the least number of envelopes needed.

New Features

  • Added Envelope Number report to People Query Builder to help with printing envelopes.

Updates

  • Workflow and process columns on queue listing are now sortable

  • When viewing the process queue listing, the assignee is now visible when task is Incomplete or Past Due

  • A new address filter named "Is Archived?" was added to the People Query Builder.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed issue which could result in duplicate recurring schedules being imported from Pushpay.

  • Fixed issue when bulk updating checkbox list custom fields from the People Query Builder.

Automation Updates

Branch Task

We've greatly simplified the set up for a branch task within a workflow process. You can now choose a specific field to branch on and, for each value, provide where the person should go. There is no longer a need to create a separate search query for each branch. You can branch on campus, gender, marital status, family position, language, occupation, and any defined people custom fields (only drop downs, checkbox lists, and radio button lists).

When an external process is chosen, the "Continue?" column determines whether the person should continue to the next task in the current process or simply stop moving forward. If a person matches multiple branches, each will execute for them.

Of course, you can still define custom branching criteria just like before. This is now available by choosing "Custom Criteria" under the Branch On field.

Linked Tasks

During the normal flow of a process, people may be added to other tasks in an external process. We've made it easier to understand how people move from process to process and the relationships between them. In the rightmost column when viewing the process, there is now a box named "Linked Tasks." This area lists any tasks in the system which may send people into that process.

Pledge Updates

Campaign Status

A label has been added under the name of the giving campaign in the list which indicates whether the campaign has not started yet, is currently active, or has ended.

Updates

  • Process assignees can now view attached files and answer admin only fields on attached form.

  • A user can now update their own serving availability directly from their profile.

  • When matching an unmatched transaction to a profile, all other unmatched transactions for the same person are auto matched as well.

  • Simplified the Branch Task in a workflow process to make branching on a single field very easy.

  • Added a box when viewing a process which contains a list of other processes and tasks that may send people into that process.

  • Added label to giving campaign table indicating if campaign has passed, is active, or is in the future.

Bugfixes

  • Fixed issue where duplicate person profiles could be imported during a manual import of Pushpay transactions.

Reporting Updates

Query Builder

The following new date filters have added to the query builder. No more need to explicitly add a start or end date for these cases.

  • is this week
  • is last week
  • is next week

Example of the "is this week" filter:

A week for these filters is considered to be from Monday to Sunday. If the field being filtered is the Birthday or Anniversary, the year portion is not considered when running the report.

Likewise, the "is" date filter has also been updated to not consider the year when searching by the Birthday or Anniversary field.

Group Updates

Attendance Reports

You can now export an individual attendance report to CSV. This will allow you to download a list of people who were present or absent on that day. You can do so directly from the listing or when viewing an existing report.

From the listing:
